Program From 11.30am Riders and Parents arrive after completion of Huntly Classic Light lunch provided (please advise of dietary requirements) 1pm -  Guest speaker: Aaron Anderson (Aaron is an osteopath who has supported international riders overseas) Aaron will speak to riders and parents about: -  Race preparation and recovery -  Strengthening, conditioning and stretching -  Injury prevention 2pm - Question and answer session: Board, parents/supporters and riders (Help us to plan out 2023 and please think about how we can improve our support for riders, including furture development subjects, topics, format etc.) 3pm - close NOTE: All riders are required to attend. If you are injured or not able to ride on the Sunday, we still expect to see you attend this session.
